Senior Accounts And Tax Manager

TN Recruits are actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Accounts and Tax Manager to join a leading Accountancy firm based in central Tunbridge Wells.
You will works as part of a dynamic team responsible for reviewing year end accounts, management accounts, tax returns, VAT returns and other accountancy services.
Working in a client facing role, you will be comfortable meeting client to discuss their accounting and business needs and proposing solutions. In addition you will be responsible for:
* Review and finalisation of accounts (unincorporated and incorporated)
* Review of Tax computations (corporation Tax and Income Tax)
* Review of tax planning opportunities for clients
* Review of MI including management Accounts and cash flows.
* Helping to manage junior/admin staff
* Assist with the audit & assurance department
Reporting to the Practice Director, this is a senior, client facing role and so it is vital that you can demonstrate excellent communication skills and confidence to lead meetings. The ideal candidate will also possess:
* Ability to plan time efficiently to meet client deadlines
* Strong commitment to professional client service excellence
* Strong all-round knowledge in tax and accounts
* Good Knowledge of cloud accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks and Sage)
