Senior Accounts Assistant

Here at Every Step Recruitment, Finance & Accountancy, we are supporting our Client with their requirement for a Senior Accounts Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the Purchase Ledger function
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Query resolution
• Chasing outstanding debt
• Bank reconciliations
• Processing of expenses
• Assisting with month end tasks
• Cashflow forecasting
• Ensuring accounting information is correct and up to date

You will have the following skills and attributes:

• At least 3 years’ experience working within a similar Accounts Assistant role
• An excellent communicator
• Super organised
• High attention to detail
• Strong MS Excel skills and system savvy
• A pro-active approach to your work
