Description

The Senior Accounts Assistant duties include:

• Manage and calculate commissions for sales teams.
• Understanding of accruals and prepayments
• Understand transactional level work to manage member of the team.
• Understand General Ledger
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of commission payments.
• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department on related tasks.
• Communicate regularly with sales teams regarding commission structures.
• Participate in audits related to commission payments.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the commission structure.
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to commission payments promptly.

Profile

A successful Senior Accounts Assistant should have:

• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel - vlook up/pivots
• Management Experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
