Description
The Senior Accounts Assistant duties include:
- Manage and calculate commissions for sales teams.
- Understanding of accruals and prepayments
- Understand transactional level work to manage member of the team.
- Understand General Ledger
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of commission payments.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department on related tasks.
- Communicate regularly with sales teams regarding commission structures.
- Participate in audits related to commission payments.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the commission structure.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to commission payments promptly.
Profile
A successful Senior Accounts Assistant should have:
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel - vlook up/pivots
- Management Experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
