Senior Accounts Assistant
Salary: £27,381.90-£29,028.03 pro-rata
Hours of Work: 30-37 hours per week (mainly Monday to Friday - although some flexibility is possible)

We are looking to recruit a Senior Accounts Assistant who will support for the Operational Manager, including deputising operational control of the finance department.You will maintain accurate financial records; monitor contracts and deal with payroll and rent ledger queries. You will support our Accounts Assistants. You will be required to produce monthly balance sheet reconciliations for sign off by senior Finance team. You will Support the Finance Manager in meeting with Operational Managers to discuss their monthly I&E variances and reforecasting. You will also assist the Director with the preparation of the annual and re-forecasted budgets included preparation of rent sheets.
The post will be based within Stoke-on-Trent, and we are keen for employees to have a visible presence but appreciate the balance and need to work in an agile way. The post will require you to be available and flexible to meet business needs.
You must be willing to undertake continuing professional development. We require someone with excellent planning and organisational skills, excellent communicator and have the ability to produce work with a high degree of accuracy. Must have the ability to multi-task in managing multiple workstreams with little supervision.
