Time Recruitment are excited to be representing a well respected engineering firm based in Dartford who are looking to expand their accounts department.
We would really like to hear from candidates with an in-depth knowledge of the Sage accounting software with good skills on Excel as the business look to move their accounting processes to becoming paperless.
About the role:
* Day to day running of the accounts department, including Sales and Purchase Ledger duties.
* Cash flow management.
* Subcontractor payments and CIS management
* Oversight of payroll with submission to outsourced accountant.
* Bank Reconciliations and journal entries.
* Management of an Accounts Administrator
About you:
* Excellent experience using Sage accounts software.
* Good Excel skills including Pivot tables
* Strong organisational skills.
* AAT Level 3 or higher is desirable.
