Adele Carr is looking to appoint an Senior Accounts Assistantwith a leading course providerin Liverpool on a full time basis.
The business are a CPD Training Services based in the Baltic Triangle and are winning new contracts and growing from strength to strength.
The successful new team member will support the Director with credit control, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, VAT returns and take ownership of a number of processes.
This is a permanent position with a stable organisation who have a reputation for investing in its workforce, they will provide you with additional training and career development including an exciting succession plan.
You will join the team and provide senior management with accurate financial data. It is important you're a confident, self-starter with excellent communication skills who is comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Experience of working within a credit control role would be distinct in this role.
On-site, you will be the main go-to-person and manage all financial matters including;
- Cash Management / Credit Control
- Bank reconciliation
- Accounts Payable
- Generating Invoices for clients on XERO
- Liaising with outsource accountant fortnightly
- Stock reconciliation
- Handle client queries if needed
- VAT Returns

Must Have:
