Senior Administrative Officer

An amazing alternative provision school in Stratford are looking for an experienced and resilient Senior School Administrator to join their school office. YOU MUST have previous school administration experience to apply for this role.
As a Senior School Administrator, you will work in the front-of-house administration team, supporting with answering the phone, signing visitors in and out, supporting school events and managing the administrative function of the school.

Senior Administrative Officer Job summary:

• Salary is £130 - £160 per day.
• Managing the office, ranging from meeting and diary management to providing support to the Head Teacher.
• Assisting with the running of reception.
• Assisting with data, health & safety, pupil movement reporting, maintenance of school website.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of administrative systems and procedures.
• Overseeing management of school website.
• Must be willing to complete an Enhanced DBS.

Senior Administrative Officer Requirements:

• MUST HAVE previous school administration experience.
• MUST HAVE SIMS experience.

• Experience of supervising an administrative function is preferred.
• Highly organised, strong written and communication skills.
• Well natured, resilient, and enthusiastic given the alternate provision environment.
