Senior Company Secretary Officer

Great Opportunity to work for an award-nominated Fund Administration team seeking a CompanySecretaryOfficer to support Co Sec needs for regulated investment managers, funds, and subsidiaries.

This role ensures compliance with Jersey Companies Law and our business terms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Boards of Fund Services Businesses and regulated funds.
• Prepare agendas, board papers, and accurate minutes for board meetings.
• Handle Jersey statutory filings and maintain statutory records.
• Stay updated with Jersey regulatory frameworks for client compliance.
• Develop and maintain corporate governance frameworks and meeting timetables.
• Manage statutory registers and RBO filing processes for client entities.
• Undertake company secretarial projects and initiatives as assigned.

Knowledge and Expertise:

• 4-6 year's finance industry experience.
• Strong academic background, pursuing or holding a qualification like CGI Level 4.
• Strong knowledge of Jersey Companies Law and regulatory environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of statutory laws and anti-money laundering regulations.
