Job description

Are you an experienced and highly organised professional seeking a challenging role in a rapidly expanding and reputable professional services business?

We are currently looking for a dedicated Senior Administrator to join our client's team based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. As a Senior Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a small team of office junior administrators, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of your office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of office junior administrators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and adherence to established processes.

  2. Administrative Oversight: Take charge of day-to-day administrative functions, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

  3. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the administrative team.

  4. Communication and Coordination: Serve as a liaison between various departments, fostering open communication and collaboration to ensure seamless work-flow.

  5. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of service delivery.

  6. Training and Development: Develop and deliver training for junior administrators to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Administrator or similar role in a professional services environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities; the ability to make changes and enhance processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)

This role will require you to be on-site initially on a full-time basis, working between 9am-5.30pm (Monday - Friday).
