Based out of their city centre offices in Exeter and operating a modern, hybrid workplace, join a fast-paced Managed Service Provider (MSP) and work with companies with a handful of users, all the way up to large enterprise sized businesses, educational organisations and charities with thousands of users worldwide.
The company is looking for a Senior Administrator with a background in technology to help them to continue to deliver the very best proactive advice and guidance to the hundreds of organisations that trust them as their IT Partner.
Main purpose of the role
- Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients for non-fault related interactions. Such as:
- Additional equipment or services
- The repair or replacement of existing infrastructure
- Account management and account reviews
- Preparing of client IT Roadmaps
- Managing service items such as equipment on cover and licences in use
- The preparing of: Quotations and Service level and usage reports
- Assisting the Service delivery Team in:
- Scheduling site visit with clients and the tech team
- Scheduling internal technical resources
- Managing key vendor relationships
- Progressing equipment through the hardware build team
- Conducting customer satisfaction calls following the completion of projects or engineer's on-site visits
- Ordering equipment or stock
About you:
- Have at least 3+ years of account management or service delivery experience
- Be detail focused and methodical in the way that you work
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Have a background in technology, ideally within an MSP

The company offers hybrid working to colleagues who have completed their on-boarding and are able to perform their duties in a mixed office and remote setting. Typical hybrid working is 3 days in the office, 2 days at home however, as this is an operational role, candidates should be prepared to work from the office if required.
