This is a 100% remote, work from home, opportunity!
As Senior Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the team in the delivery of our world-class client experience. Our client is looking for someone who is great with people, is highly organised, and loves working as part of a team.
Duties to include -
- Being the first port of call for all incoming calls
- Helping support the team with administrative tasks
- Assisting the team with booking meetings
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Getting involved in interesting project work within the team
The ideal candidate will have -
- A positive attitude, who loves working as part of a team
- Demonstrable administrative skills
- Great people skills, including the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Great organisation skills, including the ability to prioritise a changing workload
- A passion and desire to make a difference
- The ability to keep smiling when things don’t go to plan!
This is a 100% remote working role.
Hours - 08:30 - 17:30, flexible working (core hours 10:00 - 16:00).
Salary - £24,000 - £27,000
