REED Business Support are recruiting for a Senior Administrator on behalf of our client, based in Middlesbrough!
- Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00-17:00)
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (dependant on experience)
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Support all departments including Management, Operations, Sales, HR Business Partner, QESH & Finance functions with general administration
- Manage incoming telephone calls
- Greet, register, and manage visitors
- Work closely with Resourcing and HR functions to ensure on-time delivery and meeting project requirements - working alongside the HR BP
- Provide support to upload documents and site worker details to customer portals
- Prepare, issue, and manage temporary worker contracts to meet project requirements
- Support Resourcing with the timely arrangement and cost control of travel & accommodation requirements
- Organize Sales (including Sales meetings), Customer and other events as required
- Support planning and arrangements for exhibitions and conferences
- Actively participate in improvement projects
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong MS Office suite competency
- Ideally familiar with SAP systems - if not, you will be trained on this
- Familiar with employment contract requirements
- Travel management experience beneficial
- Ability to use own initiative
- Relationship & influencing skills
- Excellent Customer service skills
