Senior Administrator

Reed is recruiting on behalf of one of our fabulous clients for a Full time, Permanant, Senior Administrator, based in Redcar.

Salary: £ dependant on experienceLocation: RedcarStart date: ASAPHours: Monday - Friday (9 - 5pm)

• General office duties - levels of stationery stocks, organising travel and visits, general filing duties, reception duties, (answering telephone, inducting visitors etc), maintaining a safe and tidy office ensuring that the company is perceived as efficient by staff and customers.
• Monitor the shared mailbox to filter incoming external emails, reacting swiftly and efficiently with requests from customers and the repairs/maintenance labourers whilst providing a high-quality service
• Diary management - you will be responsible for senior management diaries
• Ensure that all delivery paperwork is complete accurately and in a timely fashion, including clear identification of non-conforming material received.
• Ability to use own initiative - working closely with the team but also able to make key decisions once had relevant training
