We are looking for a strong administrator who can manage diaries, arrange and prepare for meetings and has minute taking skills, to work for a non for profit organisation in Bracknell.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing the Director's diary to ensure that meetings are timetabled and the appropriate arrangements made
- Logistic planning for team meetings across the calendar
- Drafting and preparing agendas for meetings both external and internal
- Project administration
- Manage policies to ensure that they are reviewed and up to date at all time
- Manage the SharePoint service
- Preparation of meeting packs, encouraging a digital first approach
Key Requirements
- Strong organisation skills
- Confident and well-mannered, with the ability to deal with varying levels of seniority
- Excellent administrative skills, including drafting of reports, project administration and logistic planning
- Confident to suggest changes to processes and procedures as required
- Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing senior administrative role
- Ability to work on their own as well as part of a team
