Tradebe currently requires a Senior Administrator based at our Heysham site.
Main purpose of job: Collaborating with other members of staff to ensure that production administration is completed accurately and in a timely manner; training and supervision of production administrators within the gatehouse; operation of the weighbridge when required; assistance to the Technical Manager as and when required.

The role
- Controlling access to site via the weighbridge ensuring all safety and security procedures are followed, including necessary documentation checks and inductions for both drivers & contractors arriving to site.
- Booking consignments of material into and out of site in a safe and effective manner in compliance with management system requirements.
- Collection of relevant paperwork from all points of receipt and processing and data input into the relevant systems.
- Maintenance of various spreadsheets used to manage data and report on compliance or cost issues.
- Raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders in SAP as necessary for site and as instructed by the Technical Manager.

- Assist in the preparation of procedures and competency tests for distribution within the department, including training, auditing, and maintaining competency workbooks.
- Compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual, reports for various departments, including budgeting reports.
- To work in the best interest of the company in dealings with customers, suppliers, outside agencies and the public.
- To perform any other relevant duties assigned by the Technical Manager.
