Capita is looking for an experienced technical Senior Administrator for one of our key Life & Pensions clients in the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong experience in the Life & Pensions sector to take on a more senior technical role as part of their career progression.
The role will be on a hybrid arrangement, with a mix of office and home-based work which can be discussed, so you'll need to be based within commutable distance of Swindon for occasions when you will be required to attend the office.

• Process a range of different tasks on the client systems. These include Policy Reviews, Renewals, Indexation and Restricted Relief of Qualifying and corrective action reprocessing.
• Provide excellent service by processing customers plans both accurately and efficiently.
• Provide clerical support and handle a range of queries to be able to provide both written and verbal information to customers/advisers.
• Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of relevant products / procedures to provide a first-class service.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
• Flexible and co-operative approach towards changing business and project needs.
• Work in accordance with regulatory, compliance and financial requirements e.g. Data Protection, Money Laundering, Fraud and FCA.
What are we looking for?
• To have a good knowledge of processing a range of different tasks within Life & Pensions. These include Policy Reviews, Renewals, Indexation and Restricted Relief of Qualifying. Will also need a good knowledge on how to wind back these plans to correct the figures when required.
• Ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Must have extensive knowledge of the full range of Life & Pensions products and services.
• Ability to work as a team player and also to use own initiative.
• Good organisational and planning skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise varying workloads / demanding deadlines so SLAs can be achieved.
• Good numeric and literacy skills.
• Good system PC skills.
• Open and flexible approach to change.
