Senior Administrator

Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting there leading client who are a premium hotel & spa brand who are seeking a Senior Administrator to join there team.

DAY TO DAY:

• Supporting the Admin Manager with task distribution & oversight of team performance
• Assist in the delivery of key business objectives
• Provide guidance & leadership to the admin team
• Performing Quality Assurance checks on Hotel & Spa reservations for upcoming arrivals
• Finalising online reservations in our system
• Liaising with guests via our communication channels to a very high standard
• Ensuring the cleanliness of data across all of our system

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• Positive manner & strong work ethic
• Previous experience in a supervisory/management role desirable
• High level of competency with Microsoft Office, with general administrative skills required
• A confident communicator, fluent in English both verbal and written
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to demonstrate swift completion of tasks with high level of accuracy
• Comfortable with high level of tasks
• Customer focused and have a genuine desire to provide a excellent servic
• Previous administrative experience is 2-4 years
• Knowledge of hotel operations/hospitality preferred but not essential
