Senior Administrator

Reed Specialist recruitment is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall administrative duties in our client's organization, coordinating with higher management, and overseeing the administrative staff.

The Senior Administrator will also perform specialized tasks in scheduling, administration, finance, marketing, and personnel, as the role develops.

Hours:Monday to Friday

8am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal.
• Proactive, organised, proficient user of Office packages such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Quoting and invoicing
• Vehicle servicing, repairs, and insurance.
• Monthly Accounts data entry (such as expenses) for accountants do to monthly reconciliation.
• Manage Accounts system (Xero / Kashflow etc.)
• Pay PAYE, TAX, VAT, Expenses, Pension, Bills, Invoices
• Annual Accounts information to Account for annual accounts
• Other HR / Personnel development opportunities
• Other digital media duties - social media, twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Plan in jobs (calendar system for all employees).
• Prepare paperwork / documentation for operations team.
• Maintain database of all jobs.
• Organising and planning in meetings with customers.
• Develop list of contractors that we can use to support our offering.

• Office Health and Safety and cleaning.
