Administrator
My client, a leading training provider to mental health professionals, currently has a very small team but due to new market opportunities is aiming to scale up quickly. We are therefore recruiting a tech-savvy and diligent Senior Administrator.
Our ideal candidate is someone that is comfortable supporting the Operations Manager in all aspects of office administration and customer service, and working alongside the Marketing Coordinator to provide support for our digital marketing campaigns. You may also provide PA services to the Director(s) when needed.
We're looking for someone who is tech-savvy and confident working with tools such as Office 365, Google Drive, Asana, Slack, Zoom and Adobe Creative Suite. You need to have excellent spelling and grammar, attention to detail, be able to work accurately at speed, be highly organised, have excellent professional and personal boundaries, be robust and resilient, and have a pleasant, calm and warm manner. You need to be comfortable speaking with customers on video calls when necessary, and helping to co-host large-group Zoom meetings.
The ability to organise, plan and structure your workload in an autonomous fashion will be absolutely key to your success. There is a lot of freedom in this role but also a lot of responsibility.
The six non-negotiables of the role are:
- Excellent written skills
- Being tech-savvy
- Warm, engaging manner and excellent customer service
- Leadership potential, so that in time you're able to progress within the company to manage others.
- Project management
- Being teachable and coachable
- Being a self-starter, and able to work largely alone in a small but growing team.
Having your own transport for occasional travel, and a full driving licence are both requirements for this role.
If you're interested in this role, please send your CV in the first instance along with a covering letter telling us why you think you might be a good fit for this role.
We'll be reviewing applications as we get them, and undertaking selection activities with suitable candidates until we find our star. Therefore, if you're excited by what you've read, don't wait too long to apply
Are you interested in joining an expanding team, in a growing company, and being a part of helping to shape its culture?
