HR Senior Adviser Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated HR Senior Adviser Specialist to join one of London’s largest organisations on a part-time basis. The role involves working closely with HR business partners, ER’s and the payroll team to help with projects and administer complex and sensitive employee life-cycle transactional processes.

Pay Rate: PAYE £168 / Umbrella £223.82 per day

Contract Length: 3 months
Day to Day of the role:
Administer and deliver end-to-end employee life-cycle transactional processes for complex and sensitive cases, including right to work, visa, flexible working requests, data access requests, and VS leavers.
Deliver specialist advisory and administrative service that supports the Business Services Function’s core services.
Enter all data into relevant HR systems in a timely, accurate, and consistent manner, ensuring documentation is maintained and stored within data protection guidelines.
Act as a control and processor of employee transactions, flagging transactions to relevant parties where required for further investigation.
Take ownership and resolve all Employee Services service requests, managing workload through various channels.
Use technology effectively to access relevant employee lifecycle content to resolve customer issues.
Monitor and control transactions to achieve efficiency and best value.
Contribute towards continuous improvements by using process analysis tools to map and analyse end-to-end processes.
Act in a positive manner by demonstrating continuous performance improvement, solid business skills, and support of department/company objectives.
Drive required cultural attributes across the team, focusing on compliance, service delivery, customer service excellence, and controlled continuous improvement.
Deliver on agreed performance metrics for Employee Services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good stakeholder management skills.

Ability to fit well within the team.
Public sector experience is desirable but not essential.
Work experience in a similar role is required.
