• Assist in the planning and execution of merchandising strategies
• Coordinate with the buying team to ensure stock availability

• Identify and report on current market trends
• Participate in the development of seasonal budgets
• Support the wider team to achieve company objectives
• Actively contribute to weekly trade meetings

Profile

A successful 'Senior Assistant Merchandiser' should have:

• A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
• Proven experience as a Senior MAA or Assistant Merchandiser within the retail industry
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• A keen eye for detail and an ability to work under pressure
