Salary**Senior Associate Director – Estates and Farming Agency Department - Job in Chester, Cheshire **
Senior Associate Director job working for a premium consultancy that covers the full real estate cycle. Our client are now looking to add a Senior Associate Director to their Estates And Farming team to cover the North West and West Midlands regions. For this role, they are offering a salary of up to £45,000 + £5,500 car allowance.
Founded over 100 years ago and with more than 50 offices throughout the UK, it is one of the largest and most established real estate consultancies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Undertake business planning activities in line with the company’s and departments aims
- Invoice regularly to collect fees in a timely manner
- Inspecting property and meeting with vendor clients in order to provide a valuation opinion and pre-sales advice for farms
- Taking sales instructions through the entire sales process from winning the instruction to completing the sale
- Handle the valuation and sale of rural assets.
Required Skills & Experience
- MRICS/CAAV qualified
- Experience as a rural surveyor
- Previous experience of delivering work across a range of projects
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Full UK driving license.
