Key Accountabilities:
- Undertake research on industries, comparable companies and transactions
- Prepare financial models and analysis to support the valuation process
- Analyze and interpret financial statements and other relevant financial data to draw insightful conclusions and recommendations
- Communicate valuation analysis and conclusions internally and to clients in a clear and concise manner
- Manage workload on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines and client expectations are met
- At least 4 years of experience in a professional services or consulting firm, with significant exposure to valuations as part of role
- Knowledge and previous application of commonly-applied valuation methodologies
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with experience in financial modelling and analysis
- Clear and logical approach to problem-solving
- Project management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Begin to build internal networks and show an interest for getting involved in team business development initiatives
- Pursuing or recently completed a professional qualification (e.g. ACA, CFA, MBA or equivalent)
