Our client based in Liverpool is currently looking to add a Senior Auditor to their team on a permanent basis.
Key Duties:
- Liaise with client staff and establish strong relationships with them.
- Manage the client’s reporting requirements and ensure that any expectations and/or deadlines are met.
- Work on the complex and significant risk areas of the audit and prioritise client work such that higher risk or time sensitive work is completed first.
- To assist and deliver high quality audit and accounts work on client engagements.
- Attend and play an active role in client planning and close down meetings.
- Build both an internal and external network of specialists.
- Carry out and support with any transactional work, management of the WIP and budgets.
- Own and manage the engagement including the budgeting process from start to finish.
- Lead with the day to day management of the field team including reviewing the work of your colleagues.
- Ownership and review of the financial statements.
What we are looking for in the successful candidate:
- ACCA or ACA Qualified
- Experience of using Audit systems and CCH

- Salary circa £40,000 per annum DOE
