As the Senior Building Safety Officer, you will be
- Working with senior management to implement a strategic approach to the fire and Building Safety
- Oversee the day to day functions of the Building Safety, including assessing the risks and ensuring compliance
- Provide recommendations on the ways in which to improve fire safety across their residential properties
- Responsible for developing and implementing fire safety policies
Experience / Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with fire safety and Building Safety
- Experience developing fire and Building Safety policies and procedures
- Social housing and residential experience
- Experience working with Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Safety
- Previous experience managing budgets
As the Senior Building Safety Officer you will receive:
- £41,855 - £46,154
