Description
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the continued development of the system capability within the organisation and help to facilitate enhancements to their bespoke end-end platform.
There is a backlog of change across the business in relation to their back office systems, one of which is Salesforce CRM You will work with business stakeholders, the IT teams and 3rd party suppliers to understand current processes, capture their requirements and will convey solutions to the business to ensure full understanding.
Profile
The successful candidate will already have at least 3 years as a Business Analyst within a similar environment; this role is ideal for someone from an SME background where you may have been involved in testing/ project work previously.
My client is passionate about bringing someone into the role who is proactive and happy to get stuck in. You will be expected to manage your workload effectively and you will be involved from project initiation right through to post implementation.
It is important that the successful candidate has a thorough understanding of system analysis and preferably, has worked with 3rd party suppliers before. If you have worked as a Business Analyst in relation to CRM systems, ERP Systems or other back office systems, then this could be the role for you!
The successful candidate will have knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and have experience working with both Agile & Waterfall methodologies. You will have a strong desire to learn and will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
