Insight Talent Partners is currently looking to recruit a Business Analyst for a well-established firm based in West Yorkshire. As a Business Analyst, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of their business and technology platforms to analyse organisational processes and systems.
Your primary goal will be to define, agree, and advocate for requirements that drive positive change. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to transform perceived customer needs into solutions that enhance efficiency and align with their IT strategy, budget, and resources.

Principal Accountabilities:
- Simplify and translate business stakeholder requirements into viable and deliverable proposals, within project constraints.
- Assist in mapping and reviewing sales business processes, designing solutions, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, partners, and IT colleagues in agile development, or provide clear requirement specifications for non-agile projects.
- Support colleagues in design and technical specifications for development, testing, and implementation.
- Communicate objectively and manage expectations, adhering to project timelines.
- Support QA testing, guide User Acceptance Testing, and assist in problem resolution for successful project outcomes.
- Maintain a broad knowledge of enterprise software systems and stay updated on systems across the group.
- Act as an IT representative in relevant business Centre of Excellence forums, promoting best practices aligned with the IT strategy.
Core Skills:
- Holder or working towards BCS Business Analysis Diploma/certification.
- Experience with functional and non-functional requirements.
- Experience of implementing an ERP solution (D365 or Salesforce preferred) in a sales environment, including order entry, EDI order amendment etc.
- Experience of working with sales leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on practical, effective solutions.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and determined.
- Experience working in project teams.
- Proficient in business process mapping to relevant standards.
- Stakeholder management at all organisational levels.
