Description
- Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
- To work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates.
- This role will be key to understanding then documenting capabilities/requirements needed to address business challenges/goals.
- Run any workshops/one-on-one interviews/working group sessions to elicit detailed requirements from key stakeholders
- Design and gain support for new business operating models and processes.
- Analyse and identify opportunities to improve processes.
- Prepare documentation for sign-off and host design review sessions/ working group sessions with stakeholders and multiple SME's.
- Be a key contributor in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure alignment with the development team's activities. (where required)
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop training materials and provide support to internal teams to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, features or changes.
Profile
A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Offer
