Their on-site and technical teams effectively support with both surveys, technical back-up and project management.
Job Role
The Senior Business Development Manager role is available due to exciting growth across the UK.
- Building on success in the social housing sector, this role will take responsibility for establishing our client in the Private Residential rental market in the UK directly engaging with private landlords to win new business.
- The role will see you play an active role in setting the company s go-to-market strategy, building out processes, marketing, value proposition and setting goals and deliverables.
- Operating with a dynamic and adaptable growth mind-set, working closely with senior colleagues and being open to feedback.
- Focusing initially on market engagement and new customer partnerships, the role is expected to grow to include leadership within a short time frame.
Our client has office locations in London, the West Midlands and the North West. Whilst the role is remote and home-based, it would be very beneficial to be within commuted of one location.
The Person Needed
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Strong existing experience within the UK private rental market, and existing connections and partnership with private landlords.
- An entrepreneurial approach, coupled with the knowledge to offer strategic input into go to market strategies.
- A growth mind-set open to feedback and collaboration in order to benefit the wider business and long-term goals.
GBP80K Basic +up to 30% annual bonus
