And we plan to triple our 2.2GW output by 2030, led by landmark projects such as Sofia (1,400 MW) and Kaskasi (342MW). To ensure our further development in this area, we are now recruiting a role as Senior Business Transformation Specialist.
Main tasks
- Evaluate the technical systems and workflows involved in offshore wind projects
- Identify opportunities to optimize technical processes
- Provide recommendations to ensure seamless integration between different technical systems and tools used in offshore wind project development, construction, and operations, optimizing data flow and interoperability.
- Deliver insight to implement quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and integrity of data collected from offshore wind assets, supporting decision-making and regulatory compliance.
- Support in implementing process improvements and technical changes often requires managing organizational change effectively
- Ensure that business strategies are supported by efficient and effective technical processes.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between business leaders, engineers, IT professionals, and other key stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Contribute to the establishing metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance of business processes and technical systems.
- Identifying and assessing risks associated with business processes and technical systems.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement. Encouraging feedback, innovation, and learning opportunities to optimize business processes and technical systems over time.
Your profile
- Demonstrates proficiency in communicating complex ideas effectively and building strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Possesses over 10 years of comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the wind energy sector.
- Exhibits a profound understanding of process improvement methodologies and best practices, with the ability to identify areas for optimization and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Proficient in analyzing data, identifying trends, and mapping processes to drive informed decision-making and streamline operations.
- Capable of effectively planning, organizing, and executing projects to achieve desired outcomes within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
- Demonstrates strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate teams to embrace change, driving organizational growth and success.
- Has a documented history of delivering results and achieving objectives in previous roles, with tangible contributions to business performance and project success.
- Possesses a strategic mindset and adept problem-solving skills, enabling the identification of challenges and the development of innovative solutions to overcome them.
- Proficient in collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders across functional areas to achieve common goals and foster a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
