Senior Business Support Officer

Join our Highways Asset Management and Commissioning team as a Senior Business Support Officer to support the smooth operation of our services. This higher-level support role empowers you to problem-solve, make decisions within established procedures, and effectively communicate with managers. Your responsibilities include managing multiple tasks, providing solutions, and meeting deadlines. 

The role will also be part of the wider Business Services Team ensuring that all systems and processes are maintained and developed to meet the performance needs of the Highways and Transport service. You will also deliver Highway engineering, drainage & flooding, and asset management schemes. 

We're looking for an individual who can deliver exceptional customer service, work well under pressure in a busy team, and demonstrate problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in various IT packages, including Microsoft, is essential. If you're motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute new ideas, this opportunity provides full support for your personal and professional development.
