We are looking for a Business Support Officer to support the Swindon Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) processing new information or requests for service from Health colleagues. The role will include entering information accurately, identifying gaps in information, collecting information and working with the Health Decision Maker to identify next steps.
You will be using a range of computer systems and databases to collect information in a timely way. You will have experience of working to timescales, gathering information, maintaining accurate records and working closely with others. You will be supported by the Health Decision Maker and will work alongside colleagues from other disciplines who will be researching and gathering information to contribute to decision making.
