This isa unique and exciting opportunity to join our newly established Sector Led Partnership Team (SLIP). As a foundational member of the SLIP team your contributions will help lay the groundwork for our future success.
This is an ideal and dynamic role for an experienced and skilled Business Support Officer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about making a difference.
As a Sector Led Improvement Business Support Officer, you will be at the heart of our operations, bringing your strong administrative skills and proficient knowledge of MS Office. Accuracy and adaptability are key, as is your ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
You will be responsible for a diverse range of Business Support tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective solutions. Your ability to work efficiently, take initiative, proficiently resolve issues, and find solutions will be essential.
Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of Business Support and financial functions will also which will include:
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Processing payments through Oracle.
- Taking minutes during meetings.
- Using the Liquid Logic LCS database for data management.
- Performing general administrative tasks such as organising meetings.
- Monitoring and organising the team mailbox and responding to inquiries.
