Senior Call Handler / Team Leader, Bolton, Monday to Friday GBP25.5k

Working with a well established company, they are mixing things up and building a team to provide frontline call answering for breakdowns, service related issues and all other enquires, So if you fancy being at the helm and leading a team of 5 whilst still being pivotal to your customers keep reading.
You could be in at the beginning, managing a team of 5 as a central point of contact for all customer enquiries although you will have to commit to a start date of either Monday 26th February or Monday 4th March for the go live date so please do not apply if you cannot commit to this date.
You will be leading the front line call handling team, driving the performance and productivity of the individuals and ensuring that all customers receive a first class service.
