We are seeking a Customer Call Handler to join our growing team in our client’s Bolton office. This role is ideal for someone with a natural ability to relate to people and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will be part of a team managing claims related to Commercial Property, contributing to the strategic objectives of our company while helping our customers protect what matters most to them.
Day to day of the role:
- Respond promptly to calls with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Recognise potential fraudulent claims and refer them for further investigation as needed.
- Provide personalised support to each customer, ensuring they feel valued and informed
- Take proactive steps to achieve the best outcomes for customers, including investigating claims and gathering evidence.
- Work collaboratively within a team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience of high-quality customer service in either an office or customer facing environment such as hospitality and retail.
