Job Description: As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of top-tier domiciliary care services. Your responsibilities will encompass both field-based functions and office-based tasks. Key duties include:
- Ensuring the highest levels of care provision.
- Overseeing a team of field-based carers
- Conducting care plans, supervisions, appraisals, and support visits with carers.
- Organizing and managing work schedules.
- Filling short-term unassigned shifts to guarantee uninterrupted client care.
- Supporting the recruitment process.
Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Proficiency in computer literacy.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care Adults.
- Experience working in domiciliary or residential care settings.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
