Job Description: As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of top-tier domiciliary care services. Your responsibilities will encompass both field-based functions and office-based tasks. Key duties include:

• Ensuring the highest levels of care provision.
• Overseeing a team of field-based carers
• Conducting care plans, supervisions, appraisals, and support visits with carers.
• Organizing and managing work schedules.
• Filling short-term unassigned shifts to guarantee uninterrupted client care.
• Supporting the recruitment process.

Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Proficiency in computer literacy.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Minimum Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care Adults.
• Experience working in domiciliary or residential care settings.
• A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
