The role of Senior Chef De Partie:
- Cooking seasonal classic European cuisine, using quality fresh ingredients.
- Oversee a designated kitchen station, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Take a hands-on approach to food preparation, ensuring that dishes are executed to perfection and in accordance with established standards.
- Take responsibility for maintaining impeccable standards of food presentation, taste, and safety within your station.
- Train and supervise all Demi and Commis Chefs in your section, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
- Working as part of a professional team within a well-organised kitchen.
We're looking for a Senior Chef De Partie who:
- Has previous experience as a Senior Chef De Partie or Chef De Partiewithin a similar kitchen be environment fresh food and high volume.
- In-depth knowledge of classical cuisines, techniques, and food safety standards.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
- Is able to work calmly and efficientlyin a busy kitchen environment.
- Has the Right to Work in the UK.
Expected earnings from 17.64ph to 18.54ph
