WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 4 years + CDP experience at a quality level
- Ability to handle a fast paced kitchen environment
- Ability to run independently more than one section
- Understanding of section ordering and stock control
- Familiarity with leading a small team of demi or commis chefs.
