Luxury Event Catering in the heart London looking for a talented Senior Sous Chef to create and make delicious high quality dishes with fresh ingredients for big events in stunning locations across London.A chance to work for an established Contract Catering business.Basic 40 hours working + evenings & weekends REQUIRED! Busiest months for this fantastic company are May, June & July!Woking with a fantastic team who are driven to create and produce fresh high quality dishes.Christmas OFF! They are usually shut for the Christmas period from the 24th of Dec - 2nd Jan!What we would LOVE from you:
The successful candidate will be organised, dynamic and innovative with a wide knowledge and experience within the Event Catering.They must have the ability and confidence to design and execute exciting, creative dishes to suit the bespoke nature of the company.Passionate about cooking great fresh food, loving hospitality and the industry.Interested and want to know more?
