We are currently looking for a Senior Chef de Partieto join the Upper Floor Kitchen brigade.

The working hours:
Please note the working hours for this role are 7 shifts a week across 5 days.
The responsibilities of the Senior Chef de Partieare:
Preparation of all food items on the restaurant menu during service
Dinner mise-en-place
The Experience & Qualifications required as Senior Chef de Partie are:
Previous experience in a similar position is essential.
Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member's club advantageous
The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
