Client Development Manager

Gattaca Projects is the Engineering and Technology consultancy part of the group providing Statement of Work (SoW), outcome-based solutions. Industry trends are pushing more engagements towards SoW and therefore we are seeing significant demand for our services and as such we are investing and growing the team.

The Client Development Manager is integral in providing a portfolio of clients within a sector with an excellent client journey. The Client Development Manager will start to build strong relationships with their assigned clients by; acting as their single point of contact to ensure straightforward interaction, liaising with Fulfilment and Sales to meet SLAs, dealing with queries and resolving issues.

A critical part of this role is engagement with both internal and external stakeholders and you will be required to have a foundation in recruitment knowledge to be able to solve and or delegate tasks effectively. You will be responsible for the executing your business development strategy that will require entrepreneurial thinking and introducing new revenue streams to bring portfolio growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Strive to provide an excellent service and delivery to your client(s).
  • Proactively identify new business development opportunities within current clients.
  • NFI growth across the portfolio.
  • Escalate client and NFI risks as and when identified.
  • Become the focal point and begin to proactively managing internal and external stakeholders to achieve the above points.
  • Begin to build exceptional relationships with a variety of stakeholders (HR, procurement and HMs) and develop the assigned client portfolio.
  • Become the single point of contact for the clients; day-to-day point of escalation for client queries.
  • Start to manage the end to end recruitment processes on behalf of Gattaca Projects to ensure seamless delivery to our customers.
  • Drive NFI growth within the portfolio and achieve targets through effective leadership, consultative support and relationship building at all levels.
  • Support regular account review meetings, ensuring client contact relationships are developed, all issues are identified/addressed and relationships are built and strengthened.
  • Be aware of the groups product offering and services.
