Your new job as a Senior Commercial Account Handler will be working for a specialist Independent Lloyd's Insurance Broker with offices based around the UK to include the City, Watford and the South East who provide services to meet client demands and needs. They have more than 100 staff and are looking to expand that number further. Due to substantial growth within the Corporate team, a position for a Senior Corporate Account Handler with Commercial experience has arisen.
Your new role
Your new role will work as a Senior Corporate Account handler based within the Corporate Division at the Watford office willy be hybrid working 3 days the rest from home) . You will be responsible for fully supporting the Corporate Division, where you fully support the Corporate Division Management Team, Business Development Executives, Account Executives in the key areas of account handling and broking of existing and new business to insurers, looking after an established book of business dealing with clients from inception to completion. Other duties will include
maintaining appropriate, regular contact with existing customers adhere to divisional processes and procedures, including Acturis (etc). Working closely with Account Executives and other Account Handlers where necessary, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Preparation of documentation.
What you\'ll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as a Commercial Account handler or Senior Commercial Account handler dealing with Commercial combined, Property, Liability, Property Owners etc will contribute to your success in securing this role. Ideally, you will be able to work locally from Watford ( Hybrid working) and manage your own portfolio of clients. Your drive and motivation will allow you to adapt well into a diverse and established team. You will demonstrate excellent product knowledge whilst working on an existing book and developing new business opportunities. You will have excellent spoken and written communication skills, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
