Do you have a passion and in-depth understanding of Events Fundraising? This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join a small but dynamic Events team, to manage and expand a portfolio of events and to grow income.. The current events portfolio includes challenge, virtual and bespoke in-person mass events events as well as a strong focus on excellent stewardship.
We are an ambitious charity, building on our achievements and targeting what’s important to stop ovarian cancer devastating lives - symptoms awareness, early diagnosis, better treatments and support for all. We are also investing in our future. This is an exciting time to be joining Target Ovarian Cancer as we continue to grow as an organisation. Join us and together we'll fight for a world where everyone with ovarian cancer lives.
Events fundraising is a core focus for our continued success and you’ll work with colleagues across different teams to optimise lifetime value from potential and current supporters. Working with the Head of Community and Events Fundraising and the wider team, you’ll lead on increasing income across our events portfolio, including leading on and delivering our bespoke and virtual events and overseeing our third party mass participation portfolio.
The role is a full time time, 35 hours per week, fixed term position for 12 months. We currently offer a hybrid-working model. This means you may usually work from your home or remote location, but are expected to attend meetings and pay for your own travel to the office in Angel, London when required.
Target Ovarian Cancer does not hold a sponsorship licence and therefore cannot sponsor any individual to work in the UK.
Please submit your application by midnight on Sunday 18th February 2024.
We want to make our recruitment accessible to all, if there is a way we can support you in your application, please contact us.
