We are looking for two Senior Community Executives for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSHCC), to work with high value patient families and supporters to maximise their fundraising and support. GOSH is the leading light on for so many families and every day, over 750 seriously ill children from across the UK arrive for life changing treatments. This is the ideal opportunity if you have previous experience in community fundraising, developing strong relationships with donors, and you want to take your career to the next level. By developing a pipeline of future income through engaging with supporters through sensitive conversations and dealing with complex operational requests, you will develop a highly employable and transferable set of fundraising skills. That’s not to mention that these roles have come up due to two internal promotions, suggesting great internal career progression pathways.
To be an incredible Senior Community Executive you will need:
- Relationship management skills, such as an ability to talk about reasonable expectations with supporters and empathy for working with bereaved patient families
- Ability to quickly assess where your time is best spent to maximise your impact
- Fundraising experience, ideally in community, events or relationship fundraising
Salary: £32,300
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Location: London - hybrid with 2 days a week in Russell Square Officer
