Senior Compliance Officer - Advisory

A leading Asset Management business is looking to hire a Senior Compliance Officer to manage their Advisory team, managing a team of 4 direct reports. The successful candidate will have a strong background across Central Compliance / Advisory functions, ready to bring fresh ideas and running with the implementation of new systems & processes across the function.

Main Responsibilities:

• Providing guidance and advice across all business areas including, but not limited to, Investment Management & Alternatives business lines.
• Manage & implement projects within the team.
• Action regulatory developments relevant to the business lines.
• Work closely with all other teams within the Compliance function.
• Carry out improvements to new systems within the team.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years Compliance Advisory experience working within a fund management business.
• Previous team management experience, preferable.
• Strong FCA regulatory knowledge, including UCITS & AIFMD
• Strong IT and project management experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
