Senior Compliance Officer - Insurance

A London market managing agent is looking to add to their compliance team. They have built a great culture and are now seeking a Senior Compliance Officer with insurance compliance experience.
Your new role
As Senior Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that suitable compliance controls are designed and maintained across the regulated entities. You will work closely with the Head of Compliance to build effective relationships with all business teams and ensure that an effective compliance culture is in place. Key responsibilities include producing monthly compliance and conduct risk MI packs, reviewing and updating compliance policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory reporting deadlines are met, delivering compliance testing and monitoring reviews, and contributing to the design and implementation of compliance training programs.
What you\'ll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have experience in a Lloyd\'s managing agency or syndicate compliance team at an analyst level, knowledge of the Lloyd\'s Oversight Principles and the PRA and FCA rulebooks, and excellent attention to detail. If you have experience and knowledge of the legacy insurance sector, that\'s even better!
