Senior Compliance Officer, Marketing

Premier global investment management group seeks an experienced buyside compliance professional to take this lead role in coordinating the review of marketing communications across all channels and product types for global distribution. The successful candidate will manage, motivate and develop two direct reports, drive the identification and implementation of new regulatory initiatives relevant to marketing communications and develop associated policies and procedures. Furthermore, the job holder will provide regulatory advice on the content of KIDs and be a key point of contact for the Global Communications team reviewing all corporate and product press releases. Candidates need to bring strong experience of regulatory requirements relating to the marketing and sale of investment products and services.
