Key responsibilities of the Senior Conference Producer:
- Conduct comprehensive market research and develop content for three major North American events.
- Create compelling agendas for these events, taking full responsibility for the portfolio.
- Establish and nurture relationships with industry leaders, recruiting key speakers to participate.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to promote event growth and ensure seamless execution.
The Ideal Senior Conference Producer
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in conference production.
- Exposure to finance-related events or conferences is a plus.
- Proven track record in recruiting key speakers and C-suite executives.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to contribute to the company’s success.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, or equivalent practical experience.
