As their Senior Conference Producer, you will drive the growth and success of world-renowned events and shape the agendas of multi-million-dollar portfolios.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Conference Producer:

• Conduct comprehensive market research and develop content for three major North American events.
• Create compelling agendas for these events, taking full responsibility for the portfolio.
• Establish and nurture relationships with industry leaders, recruiting key speakers to participate.
• Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to promote event growth and ensure seamless execution.

The Ideal Senior Conference Producer

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in conference production.
• Exposure to finance-related events or conferences is a plus.
• Proven track record in recruiting key speakers and C-suite executives.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to contribute to the company’s success.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field, or equivalent practical experience.
