Your role
As a Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required

• Must have minimum overall 6+ years of IT experience and 3+ years of Golang backend/APIs development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Go programming language, paradigms, constructs, and idioms
• Experience with automated build and test frameworks
• Experienced with back-end micro-service architecture and communication, specifically REST and asynchronous messaging services (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ etc.)
• Need to have Agile and CICD hands-on.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs for high volume clients
• Experience in git on small to medium sized teams
• Basic understanding of Docker, Kubernates, Kafka is must. Having working experience on these is an advantage.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, Couchbase, or Cassandra is an advantage.
• Must have good communication skill.
• Should be able to work independently as well as with team.
• Experience with continuous integration tools (Github Actions, Jenkins, Gitlab CI) a plus
• Should be capable to directly work with clients.
• If required, ready to lead a small team.
