Senior Recruitment Consultant

Bennett & Game Recruitment are technical recruitment company based in central Chichester specialising in permanent recruitment. We are seeking a proven, successful individual who can demonstrate a high-performing sales track record of developing existing accounts and winning new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will be able to highlight key sales achievements & be able to negotiate at senior-level seeking to secure excusive or retained business.

The role will span the full 360 recruitment process and you be engaging with candidates and looking to develop and build on new and existing client relationships. We recruit across the whole of the UK and you will be given the opportunity to develop business throughout with regular client visits.

As a senior consultant there is an expectation to provide support and mentoring to more junior consultants and ensuring that our positive company culture is maintained.

Senior Recruitment Consultant Position Overview

New business development and account management of existing clients.

Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Manage the recruitment process in full with both candidate and client ensuring the highest levels of service and best practice.

Regular on-site client visits throughout the UK.

Senior Recruitment Consultant Position Requirements

Proven experience of achieving sales targets with consistency

Identify market growth areas and work closely with your Manager to achieve success.

Able to work independently managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish

Senior Recruitment Consultant Position Remuneration

Competitive Annual Salary + Excellent Uncapped Commission Structure

1pm finish every Friday

4pm finish if on annual target for the month

Birthday off each year

Starts with 20 days' holiday + 8 Bank Holiday + Paid Christmas Shutdown

Hybrid working available after probation

Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 17:30

Friday 8:30 - 13:00
